Visionerf 3D sensors provide ABB robots with accurate and reliable three-dimensional perception for robot guidance, part localization, and bin picking applications.

The sensor-agnostic solution can be integrated into the ABB OmniCore™ EyeMotion platform to provide high-precision 3D data that can be directly utilized by ABB robots.

All dimensions are in mm, unless otherwise noted. *For a single 3D point without averaging or interpolation. Part localization accuracy is up to 10 times better than resolution, but depends on discrepancies between the CAD file and the actual part. It depends also on the software used for cloud of points analysis.
